Hello, have an idea I would like to share with the community. We have dashboards with all tabular reports, and were thinking that it would be great to be able to mass export all reports into one single workbook, with different reports on different sheets, to save us time doing this manually.

I think this is a great idea with one consideration for the potential immense size of some of the reports. Perhaps a smart limitation with a reminder to apply a filter if it exceeds a certain size? I'd like to see this go somewhere 🙂
Hi Jackie,
Thanks for sharing this idea. Can you give a little more detail into the use case and how often you would want to perform this export?

Hi Jackie,
Thanks for posting this. As Dan suggested can you provide some usecases for data export? How frequently do you need to export tabular reports in an entire dashboard? Do you export the same reports periodically? This will be extremely helpful as we keep evolving our data export strategy.

for us, we'd like the ability to export this as a CSV (just like you can in the report builder) and there may not be an exact frequency, but i can imagine it happening weekly or biweekly. use cases for us would include managers wanting to be able filter, pivot, and visualize data to nimbly answer different questions as they come up from different stakeholders. this would also remove the dependency on an admin to create the reports for them.
