Hi all,

A business request came up that turned into a good candidate for an enhancement request and discussing with GS Support. I would like to be able to have a rule automatically flag a Call to Action when it is triggered via the rules engine. Specifically in our use case, flag a Risk CTA upon creation.

Thanks!

Hi Joe,

There is a field on the CTA object called Source that has a picklist value of "Rules". This should get you what you need.

@joe_difilippo Did you mean flag as Joe suggested (meaning an attribute) or flagged meaning the "Priority" flag being set?

@denise_stokowski Flagged meaning the "Priority" flag being set by the CSM when they click the flag icon on the lefthand side of the CTA.

Based on conversations with GS Support and a solution architect, it is currently not possible so that is why I submitted the enhancement request.

Thanks!
