Our CSM's and CSA's update the Call To Action (Objectives) within the Success Plan and want to share these updates with the customer. However, the the text does not always look legible so the ability to update text would help.

AND in Playbooks!!!

Doesn't preserve formatting when cut/paste from Microsoft products.

Agree, I think anywhere the user has the ability to enter data, there should be the ability to format!!!

Hi Amanda, In NXT we are supporting text formatting in Cockpit comments and Palybooks as well.

@darkknight sorry, for now we dont have any plans of implementing this in the Salesforce Edition.
