Ability to have a picklist of Objective CTAs for Success Plans

Success Plans can be populated with objective CTA's, however athenahealth would like these objective CTA's to be client specific vs standarized pre-populated objectives. We would like the ability to have an inventory of objectives CTA's so that the CSM can add the CTA's that fit to each clients success plan.

      Hi Denise,

      How many objective CTA's would they have? One potential workaround could be to have a template with one/few objectives which the CSM can apply to the Success plan. Would that work?
      Also, would you be able to provide some examples of the objective CTA's they would be using?

      Good question on how many they would have.  I think they envision a list where they can multi-select the objective CTAs to add to the Success Plan manually.  So expect for most end result would be 5-10 objective CTAs.

      Got it....for now, would they be ok with creating ~5-10 templates with a single objective each....and the CSM can add the templates which are relevant for the SP (this would not be a multi-select but they would have to add them one by one)?
