      Product currently supports this functionality via overlapping 2 measures on a single chart. Benchmark can be created using rules (aggregation functions supported today, statistical functions coming in Winter Release) and then overlaid on the data being reported using custom fields, data spaces or MDA tables. If something beyond this is desired we'd need additional details on how this benchmark value will be available in data.

        I am also pretty interested in benchmarking and how to do this best in Gainsight. We also would like to have a benchmark in our CT360 for some of our reports. But the benchmark should be based on the edition one is using.

        Also, we started to create a benchmarking dashboard which is not perfect yet.
