USE CASE:

In PX, Currently we have the option of pushing the data from PX to salesforce (bi-directional). Using this integration, we can also push the NPS data (scores) to salesforce but only at the Account level.

Sometimes, If we limit this data flow to only account level, customers may not be able to perform full personalisation (automatically) as they may want to see the data at the User/Contact level.

So It would be really helpful if we can extend this NPS data roll-up from PX to salesforce at the User/Contact level.

Note: If the User has multiple NPS scores, some configuration like “Average of the scores” would be good to use(Just an example).

Hi @angelo / @mickey

Regarding the above use case
Customers are looking for syncing the NPS data from the PX Audience level to SFDC Contact so that they can create tasks etc., based on the data, which looks to be a valid use case

With the existing design, we have the account roll-up of NPS score, how about adding the similar NPS score roll-up at the user level?

To be noted:
Moreover, the user can respond to multiple surveys with different scores, how about providing the ability to sync the score of the user as well as the survey name / ID that they responded?

Thanks
