When creating reports showing customers by At Risk/Segment/Health Score there are some that do not have a value assigned. This is shown as NA in the report/dashboard. It would be nice to see the ability to rename this NA value to something else that is more pleasing to view.

Hi Chris,
We can do this today using Aliases in reporting. This is the exact use-case which Aliasing tries to address. In the report builder, for fields in Group By, click on the gear icon and click Configure Aliases and change NA. This document contains more details about Aliases in reporting.
While at it, if needed, you can rename the Green, Yellow, etc.. to add a more functional name as well! Do reply if this isn't working for you!
