I have a customer who has requested more creative ways to deliver surveys to users. This particular example is being able to embed logic into their product which would allow the user to take a survey right then and there. For example a button that pops out after hitting the support site to see if they found what they needed.

We'd also like to be able to embed surveys inside our product. We're getting terrible NPS response rates using email, and would like to leverage our platform as another way to deliver surveys.
