Ability to track attachment downloads

With the ability to add attachments in Programs it would be nice to be able to identify who downloaded what attachment in a report. Currently we do not offer this ability, but believe this would beneficial for customers.

      Yes, that's a form of interactivity that would be helpful to track. I had situations where I have to switch from providing a link to an attachment. As you know, I lost track of the interest that the readers have as we cannot track their downloads.
