Ability to truncate a table and load every time

As we do-not have a way to merge various data sources into a report we tried to create a rule and it would upsert the MDA on every run and then the report is built out of MDA

It would be great if we could have reports like we have rules. 

If not it would be great if there would be an action which would truncate the table which would enable the report to have fresh pull.

Or if not anything the ability to add a new dynamic field which would act as load date.
