Our CSM's are currently using Timeline frequently during their customer calls and adding tasks to sync back to their Cockpit for any followups. One of the 'pains' that they currently have is that when the time comes to complete that task, they can not view the timeline notes that were associated with the tasks and the CTA within their Cockpit view forcing them to open the C360. This adds a few additional clicks when they should be able to get those by clicking on the Timeline tab within the CTA.
