We've found a limitation in the product that prevents us from creating Related List sections in the CS360 that are based on the standard SFDC Account object.
We have the ability to put Account fields in the Attributes section of the CS360 but if users wanted a more filtered or granular way to look at a mass of fields on the Account object, they don't currently have a way to do this unless they add each and every field they are interested in to the Attributes section, which can cause the Attributes section to be quite messy.
I understand why this feature is not currently available, but are we aware as to if/when this might become available?

Could you be more specific about the use case you have in mind? I don't know exactly what you mean by "a more filtered or granular way to look at a mass of fields on the Account object." Thanks.
We have multiple product lines and within those product lines multiple entitlements/modules. This information currently resides on the SFDC Account page in 40+ fields. It's overwhelming to look at. To get around this, I created Product Entitlement reports for each product line; each report now holds between 4 and 10 data points, a much easier way to absorb the information. I was able to create a section on the R360 that shows each of the Product Entitlement reports - users love it. I cannot do this on CS360 which is limiting. I don't simply want to re-create the awful experience uses are having in SFDC.
OK. I am glad that things are working well at the R360. I will have someone from my team reach out to you and dig into the exact specifics of what is preventing this on the C360.
