I have a customer who presented a challenge when using Account Hierarchy on the C360. They have a three-tiered hierarchy structure where some accounts have hundreds of accounts in the hierarchy. Loading this many accounts to the Hierarchy section takes time. They propose a solution that would enable the user to select an option to see only the child accounts and exclude all sibling accounts.

I would be interested in having a solution to this use case.
One thing that might help here is using column filters to remove certain accounts from the view. These are persistent, so only need to apply once.
I recently started going through all community posts and came across this one.
In Gainsight Nxt, equivalent of Account Hierarchy is Company Hierarchy. In Company Hierarchy, You can filter based on Customer status to view only those companies which belong to a particular status. Additionally, by default you will see only that company whose C360 you are viewing and its immediate children. All siblings will be visible in collapsed mode. Let me know if that helps.
