As a CSM I need the Activity subject field to use predictive text based on my recent entries so I can save time (less keystrokes) and improve quality (fewer spelling errors).
Use case:
CSM typically created Quarterly Performance Coaching meetings in Gainsight. If predictive text was available, she might only need to type a Q, then select the most recent words used by clicking.
