 We are not syncing the time when we are syncing the tasks, I have a customer who is requesting this to be a possibility.

What time field are you taking about here?

If we have field in SF task that you would like to map with GS field, you can do it via Task Mapping we have in Admin, more details click here

Nah Hitesh, the issue is the datetime that gets synced is incomplete.  For example the created date I see in the MDA is 9/12/2017 01:17 PM.  When it syncs (with appropriate bits set as you suggest), it'll show 2017-09-12T00:00:00.000+0000.  So it's basically like it's truncating a datetime -> date.  You can look at ticket 29856 for more deets.
