Our customer success organization utilizes a four quadrant matrix chart (Magic Quadrant) for our territories and lines of business. A great feature add to our chart options in Gainsight would be the ability to have this four quadrant matrix. This would help us maximize our use of Gainsight reports & dashboards for internal meetings and reviews and not export the data in Gainsight to create in other BI applications/excel.

Hi Renee, just to make sure we understand your request fully, since we do already have a scatter plot visualization, if we added horizontal and vertical lines at the midway points on the X and Y axis (to divide the scatter plot into four quadrants) - would this meet your need?

Hi Dan!  This could work, but would we have the ability to label the quadrants?  Second, would be the ability to customize the label of the x and y axis. Think how the MQ has Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision. There may be numbers driving where the plot points end up, but it would be nice to label the quadrants and axes.

Up-voting here, as one of the things I've wanted to put together after Pulse is a scorecard quadrant that would reflect the CX and CO axises on slide 4 here: https://www.gainsight.com/pulse/2018/recap/assets/pdfs/The%2520Outcomes%2520Health%2520Element%2520-%2520Measu...
