Hi,
Is it possible to add images and files attachment to PMs?
Actually there are some types of questions which cannot be resolved without screenshots or logs which contain private/personal data (licensing etc). Obviously we cannot ask customers to post such files and images in-public. So we can ask them to send such private data via PM. But there is not any option to attach files or images there. So the only way is to direct a customer to the official support (which we are trying to avoid of).
