Add Multiple Attachments to an Activity

Currently, GS only allows for one attachment to be added at a time.

I have several screenshots from customer calls that I would like to add all at once. It can become time consuming if there are various calls in the day to do it one by one.

      Hi,

       

      There are multiple enhancements we want to do in timeline attachments:

      1. Ability to add multiple attachments

      2. Ability to preview file

      3. Ability to add attachments of all types, etc.

       

      ETA is not yet decided. We will update you once we start making progress.
