Adding Natural Language Processing to survey responses to categorize free text into topics at Company and User level.




  • Allow CSM's to see what common topics are mentioned at the company level in surveys


  • Allow CTA's to be created off of certain topics being mentioned in free form text

    • Example: 5 or more mentions of slow support response times create CTA to address support model for client
  • Allow Gainsight PX to target user by Persona and Surevey Response category to offer relevant content
    • Example: Frequent mentions of sloe support in survey responses trigger PX to target visitors with support related information/training
