Add SFDC fields to Person

Customers are requesting to add the ability of adding SFDC fields while configuring Person Section C360/R360 in List view or Detail View.

      Hi Prathap,

      The Person Object model is a Gainsight MDA construct and it allows the creation of custom fields in addition to the standard fields. https://support.gainsight.com/Data_Management/Gainsight_Standard_Objects/Gainsight_Person_Object_Model

      In order to display data from the SFDC fields, you'd have to add a custom field to the person object and then configure your sync (either via bionic rule or using the SFDC connector) to include that field in the data that is brought over from SFDC.
