Add the ability to hyperlink in the description box on a task in a playbook

It would be nice to have the ability to hyperlink in the description box on a task so we do not have to put the entire url string in the task.

      Just to confirm, are you looking for an ability to hyperlink certain text to a url? Like linking this, to http://google.com

      This shows as implemented but I've not been able to create links or hyperlinked text in CTA Task description.

      Currently what I'd do is create the hyperlinked text outside of Gainsight and the paste it into the description.

      Is there a trick to this?

      +1  However, it's kind of silly that we have to work around the functionality like this. Obviously the playbook descriptions can support hyperlinks. They just need to add a little UI to allow the creation of them.
