Add Timeline to My Notification Settings

Thanks for the update on this. More advanced notification options would be very helpful as we start to have more user groups leveraging Gainsight. Right now, a CSM is not updated when a technical account manager logs a timeline activity or creates a new CTA on an account. A separate communication is needed to inform the CSM which adds additional work. 

I agree with Samantha. More sophisticated notifications are definitely needed for our mature customers who are using Gainsight in a more advanced way. 

definitely would love this.  Being able to allow users to get notified if a timeline activity has been created.

You'll be excited to hear that we are very close to releasing a new feature that is a complete upgrade/overhaul of Notification and will allow in-app notifications, email notifications and even daily or weekly digest email cadences.

Look for this in the next month or two!

I'm excited about this overhaul, especially as I'm a big fan of in-app notifications. Having the notification appear 'close to' the subject of the notification is golden, and the request for notifications on Timeline specifically just landed on my desk.
