It is found that once a user navigates to the Gainsight 360 from Administration->Gainsight 360. There isn't a navigation menu or hamburger menu to go back to the rest of Gainsight. There doesn't seem to be a UI workaround
Please add one to allow users to navigate back to Gainsight.

For me, Gainsight 360 opens in a new tab, so you should need to use the same page to go back to the rest of Gainsight. Is that not the case for your client?
+1It does open in a new tab, but its found from that new tab a menu doesn't exist to get back. However considering the previous tab is still existing then it can be used to go back.
