Addition to the Mass Edit Options

It would be great if Mass Update had the ability to mass change the status of the CTAs, having to manually close out them has not been fun at all. I also noticed that some of my options were grayed out, meaning I am unable to use them, not really sure why.

      Hey Alma!

      You can get those to show up by adding in the entity type to your filter fields (Account vs Relationship).  Once you have that, you can update the status.

        Agreed here! 🙂 It's tripped me up before. A good opportunity to make the interface more intuitive, such as making the Entity Type a separate pull-down list.

          We will Plan to add a Tooltip, that says that Status/Priority/Reason will be available when selecting entity type, will that help?
