Additional C360 layout Options/Preview

A customer came into chat and mentioned that they are trying to test a C360 layout and wants to assign to themselves before making live for the other CSMs. The issue is that they are using an account level filter to assign layouts for current customers. When looking into this functionality, I'd have to remove all of the current filters and switch over to the user assignment strategy just simply to test. Two ways to fix this:

  • Allow for multiple C360 layout options (for example assign this layout based on the segment, but this layout based on the users "role"). 
  • Allow for a "Preview" option for C360 layouts in the same way that you have previews for dashboards. This eliminates all the need to re-assign layouts just for testing purposes.

      C360 layouts is in our short-term road map. Preview is one of them.Assigning this to appropriate team to consider other inputs as well.

      Sai can we get more details on the short term C360 layout changes expected?

      I'm having difficulty because I can only select one Account attribute and one User attribute upon which to make the layout options.

      I need to be able to make multiple choices...i.e. I have all my layouts right now determined by a picklist field (which we set based on a formula field that determines a combination of products, shown below) but I would like to have another layout that supercedes all those layout options if a different field is set, which would identify accounts that are on-premise, while the rest are cloud.



      The way I'm getting around this now is just making the on-premise layout my default, and all the other layouts are my cloud layouts, but I would also like the ability to have a special "admin" layout as well in which I allow different fields with different editable settings, etc to display, so using the default layout as the on-premise layout prevents me from being able to do that.

        I have a different C360 layout than my CSMs. When updating theirs, I'd love to be able to preview their C360 without having to log in as one of them.
