Right now, in a Survey model program after a participant moves along the non responded path, you can only create a CTA or send an email. I was working with a customer where they wanted to also close the CTA. Seems like only one option can be used.






We have a need to open a CTA for non-responders, but we would also like to close that CTA automatically after a wait time of more than a day of it being open. We are not able to do this with the current setup. The reason for this is we want to have a "flag" on the account of people that did not respond, but at this time, we don't have a plan in place for addressing the non-responders.
