Spoke with a customer today who would like to adjust the colors associated with the stages that are on the 360 page.

Once we give an ability to associate colors with Customer Stage, where would you expect to consume it? Below are few places I can image but are there any other important areas that I am missing -
  • Reports that are grouped by Customer Stage
  • Analytics under Customers tab (when stage is selected for color option)
  • Customer 360 Summary Section

I would use it on reports grouped by customer stage.  We would like to use this field to show a nice pie chart of status based on the point an account is in their subscription.

Same use case - would like to adust colors on customer stages for reports grouped by stage. Any update on this idea?
