Use Case:
User creates a new Question topic.
This Question gets automatically added to the 'Help Others' tab or similar.
Some amount of time passes (48 hours let's say) and there still isn't a marked 'Best Answer'
*There may have been replies but not a Best Answer
At this point, (48 hours later) an email would be sent to the Admin team notifying them that they need to process this question in whatever matter they see fit. (Most likely, marking a 'Best Answer')
