Administration sub-menu improvement

Since the administration sub-menu includes many items and right now the best way is to search an item (in the search box) rather than scrolling down log list, it could be a good idea to have an option to pin your favorite items and have them at the top of the sub-menu list.

I believe their are 4-5 most common items that admin are using so it will easier to get your most favorite ones first.
