Adv. Outreaches: offer Vault email assets as default email templates

It strikes me that we could offer some of our Vault email assets as the default email templates in the Adv. Outreach models, as well as Survey assets as the default in each model.

      Good call. Can I also suggest adding an NPS survey email template? I did not see one when I went to create an NPS survey email yesterday.

      Vault doesn't support Email Templates 2.0 as of this release hence we cannot ship out templates for Advanced Outreach

      It seems problematic that our own email templates don't work with Adv. Outreaches. Also, there's no indication in Vault right now that the existing templates are 1.0 and won't work with AO, so a customer could start downloading assets and later discover they won't work.
