For Success Plans - we only have the options of Draft, Active, and Closed. We would like to have an additional status to reflect Success Plans that were started by have since be made inactive or dropped. Marking as Closed gets combined with actually completed Success Plans and marking as Draft is not reflective of the work done.

Thanks for sharing this. Would you be able to share examples of some status you would want for a success plan? (Also do you need them to vary based on the SP type?)
I think we’d like to have something similar to the CTA statuses: No Response, No Action Taken, or Suspended. These would be global to be available for all Success Plans.
