In report/JO contact can be pulled using account lookup other than out of box salesforce lookup. Same functionality is not available to configure for Sponsor Tracking. This is not allowing us to use contacts which are related to Account using customer lookup field on Contact.



Not having this functionality - we can't take advantage of Sponsor Tracking functionality

need to be able to pull contact based on user-defined lookup field to account (rather than accountid).  Our contacts are linked to 2 SFDC account id fields, 1 is the sales account (which uses accountid) and the other is our tech support account (which uses a custom field containing the accountid of TS account).  We need contacts pulled from the TS accountid (stored in the custom field).

Thanks for reaching out to us, We have accepted this particular request as product enhancement and soon we will have ETA when we are releasing this enhancement.
@Praneet - Can you also extend this request to Contact record on CTA object.
We need this enhancement as well. We often have several accounts that roll up to the overall company and need to be able to pick any of the contacts from any of the accounts in the Sponsor Tracker. Please let me know if you need more detail. 
Trevor - issue is not related to Account rollout how ever we have contact object which is related to Account object in two different way. First We call it as Sales Account which used OOTB field and second TS Account which uses Customer field to associate. Sponsor tracking does not allow us to select contact from customer route/
