Allow CSM to set Default Relationship when creating CTA in Cockpit
Currently if a CSM creates a CTA in the cockpit view, they must choose the relationship every time. Our CSMs would like to be able to set their default relationship to reduce the need for selection.
(They do know if they use the R360 then it will create it under that relationship by default, but most of our CSMs work out of the cockpit view and only work 1 specific relationship type)
