Currently you can only select Today, Yesterday and the 5 days prior when logging a Timeline Activity via Sally. The idea is to allow a calendar box to select any date similar to the behavior when logging a Timeline Activity in Gainsight directly.
The Timeline interface via Slack is based on the form limitations of Slack. We'd LOVE to put a calendar selector in the Slack form, but it's not supported by Slack. So with that limitation in mind, we provide the most likely options in the drop down list. If you need to log an activity that was older than the options available in the drop down list, then doing so via the C360 > Timeline page is the best option.
