Any extensions or macros for BCC to timeline in Outlook or Mail.app?

We have implemented BCC to Timeline for all CSMs due to EOL or limitations with other email logging extensions for Outlook. However, I'm curious if there are any extensions or macros that would automatically add the BCC to Timeline email to a bcc field on replies from Outlook or Mail.app. Any ideas for Outlook or Mail on macOS?

      Hi John,

       

      Building Gmail and outlook plugin is on our short term roadmap. Via the plugin, you will be able to send emails to Timeline (and take many more actions) on click of a button. We will share the release date once finalized.

        This functionality might be good for some, but it could also lead to Timeline being cluttered, although viewing Timeline with filters would be the solution.

        Really what we would like to see is being able to tie emails to the function that the communication revolves around - CTA, Success Plan, etc., along with notifying the CSM of the incoming communication. This sounds like it would auto-populate the BCC field when sending an email to the customer but not when a reply is received.
