I know this has been brought up multiple times but wanted to add this to community to see if there is a future plan for it.

There is a huge need for the ability to only have a rule update existing relationships, not upsert like it does today. Today, you run the risk of creating numerous relationships you don't want.

I know there is a layer of complexity because your source object when loading to Relationship likely won't always have the SFDC Relationship ID - however, the action could possibly get expanded to what a Load to MDA action has today (insert, upsert, update). Then you could pick your identifiers if you have them.
Kicking this into an Idea post so PMs has visibility into the issue.

Hi There,

Do we have any update on this? I recently came across a use-case where customer wants to clean-up the MDA relationship object by creating a Boolean flag and updating it via rule, so that he can delete those relationship in one-go from Data Operations page.

Thanks

@shiv_kumar_katiyar Thanks for bringing this up here with the use-case, currently we don’t have any update on this.

Sorry to say this, the product team is busy with some other work, the response will be delayed.
