As an enhancement request, I'd like to be able to add an attachment to a playbook email.

As an enhancement request, I'd like to be able to add an attachment to a playbook email. For example, we have an onboarding playbook where the first step is to send a welcome email. So if there was a way to add an attachment to that welcome email that would be ideal.

        Hi Rish and Lane,

        You can add the attachment to the email template and send it via email assist. The email sent from email assist includes attachments too.

        I believe our issue is you cannot have email CTAs in Success Plans.

        Hi Lane,

        You can create a playbook having email tasks for 'Objective' CTA type. This playbook can be used in success plans and emails can be sent via success plans CTAs.
