Assign Tasks or Objectives to Contacts

Hello,

One of our teams has requested the ability to assign the Objectives and/or Tasks of a shared success plan to a contact(s), and the ability for the contact to be ble to mark those objectives/tasks as completed.

I believe the intent here is to give the customer more ownership and control over the content of the shared success plan.

      Hi @tyler_tew ! Here are two other community posts with related asks. From what I've seen, external interaction with the Success Plan will be rolled out with Gainsight NXT. Feel free to comment and upvote those posts. :)

      My team is very interested in this. The above links are broken - could you provide updated links @faust_belarmino ? We use Gainsight for SFDC, so I am not sure if this functionality is applicable, but I’d be interested to see how it works in NXT.
