Customer would like to be able to add an internal user or a contact to a Call to Action or Task.
Example. Dan is assigned the CTA, he has a task to reach out to the services team for guidance on an upgrade, Dan speaks to Bob from Services, we’d like to be able to attach Bob to the task to show who Dan spoke to.

Associating Contacts to CTA or Task is possible currently in the Application, for that we need to enable Associate Contact option from Admin for an particular Entity,
Here you can also define option to select Account ID field for the contact. Once enabled you can see the Option in CTA/Task detail view.
For Users you could possiblly mention the Name in the comments, and if we needed to tag him then we use Chatter functionality at CTA level to tag a User.
