The Scenario: Using a C360 related list section that is built on a Gainsight MDA low volume object.

The Problem: When users create a new record you have to manually populate identifier fields if you want to associate the record with the account it was created on.

Proposal: When you create the record could you automatically assign an identifer to the record to the account the user created the record from in the C360.  This ensure cleaner data and reduces the chance for human error.

Bonus points if the look up fields prepopulated as you typed like the customer search does.

We are also working on improving the edit and add experiences. Any feedback would be very helpful.
