Automatically Move CTA/Risks when an account is reassigned

While onsite with Micro Focus they requested the functionality to move CTAs/Risks from the old CSM to the new CSM when there is a reassignment

      That would be awesome! This is a big struggle for us. I would also like to see the success plans also auto-reassigned. Thanks for submitting!

      Mass Edit works but only if you know all conditions - for example, if a CSM departs and all CTAs need to be reassigned to current account owner. But it would be preferred to have a way to query existing and automatically re-assign CTAs that are not assigned to the current account owner. Also, Success Plans - Mass Edit can move the Tasks but not the entire plan.
