Be able to assign task ownership using a formula field that returns a name

We have a particular playbook where we want to assign one task to the manager of the account owner. Our "Account Owner's Manager" field is a formula based on the user. This would be beneficial.

      Can you share with me the formula used in this field and the reason why didn't make it a user lookup.

      Hi Nitisha,

      We have "Account Owner - Manager" which is a user lookup field but it is not always accurate which is why we have the formula field "Account Owner's Manager". The formula is Owner.Manager.FirstName & " " & Owner.Manager.LastName
