Be able to report on MDA data with number field types in the by section.

Currently # type fields are not supporting in the by section of reports when the MDA is your source object. We offer an in app NPS and are trying to report on responses coming through the MDA. As it is now, I can not report on distribution of responses by NPS #. Steve, Tom and Josh in support all worked on trying to find a workaround by pushing the # as a string field type, but that presented more issues as values registered as 1.0, 2.0,...10.0 and then were sorted ascending as 1.0, 10.0, 2.0, 3.0.... I know my use case is NPS specific, but I'm sure many other circumstances would require reporting by a number.

      +1 - giving this question/issue a bump. I recently ran into the same problem and as Brittany anticipated, my problem was not NPS specific, but a totally different circumstance. 🙂

        Adding a +1 as well - I've recently ran into this issue when trying to add ARR (currency field) into the By section. Would be very helpful to have the ability to add numbers in certain scenarios.
