We use one of the scorecard comment boxes for the high level notes on our customers and are challenged by how small the space is. When trying to review what was written, you have to scroll through a tiny box instead of seeing the content all at once. It would be great to have it sized bigger or have the ability to be customize its appearance in the layout.

Hi Heather - how often do you make changes to this data? Have you considered using the comments area of the Summary at the top of the C360 to reflect overall customer notes?



We update the health notes every 30-90 days. I use the comments field you mention in order to capture evergreen notes on the customer, like the products they use and the description of the business. Using that field wouldn't work for this purpose since it doesn't house a health score.
