Better distinguish field types in Reports, Rules, Data Spaces, etc.

Have a situation where I have two fields on SF object that are named the same thing - one is a formula, one is a picklist.  

Ultimately I agree that there shouldn't be two fields named the same, but as I was going to try and choose one in a report, I noticed they are both listed as a Text field.  

Thought it would be helpful to add a picklist icon to fields that are of type picklist.
