I have been working with a customer that brought up a great use case for a new feature. 



In the image below "Interested in helping out..." if a customer selects "yes" we would like a splash page or maybe a non survey question box to appear that will give them a link to go sign up/take action/ etc based on that response.



For other customers this option would be HUGE also, we would be able to make surveys that much better with a simple addition here.

Thanks for sharing the use case. Is there something which we can try to do using question display logic within survey for this?

Hi @abhishek_sivaraman - I have a customer who would like to present different Thank You pages based on the response to the survey questions.  Is this possible?  If not, is this use case something that can be incorporated to surveys?
