C360: Creating multiple PDF exports

One of our CSM who handles hundreds of smaller accounts would like to be able to print multiple PDF files of the C360 view for all of the accounts coming up for renewal in the next 30 days. In other words, it would be very useful for him to setup a criteria (business rule) to have multiple PDF files created and sent to his email. The business case he describes is that he could then go over multiple C360 views quickly.

Taking that use case a step further, it would be cool to be able to define a set of criteria (as you would for a UI View) that returned a collection of C360 pages that you could page forward / back through to review quickly. Similar to the Apple file finder...

There are going to be different ways to achieve this.

Also, if there was a way to control/configure what is display per c360 page, that would be appreciated. From what I can tell, there are sections of the c360 page not showing in the PDF and some sections Id rather not show, in some cases.

along with the requests would also be great if the success snapshot capability also allowed for more than just a PPT template. Word template would be great too 🙂

any update on this? We also want to use the C360 export as a customer facing tool and want to customize two views: one internal and one external.

Hi All,

We are looking at something called as an external layout which can be shared externally.

It will be a web link which you can share with a customer/ even internal non CSM teams who do not necessarily use Gainsight but would like to know about a customer. You can configure the sections based on whom you want to share with and send a link to their email. Is this something which could help you here?

We are very interested in that feature provided there is some level of access control so sensitive data is not exposed.
