At SportsRecruits, we like to use the reports in C360 to show the client that the product is being used a lot (ie, you cannot live without it!!).
Currently, we just download the image and throw it into an email and send it. It kind of does the trick.
What would be really cool would be if we could download a.gif of the graph being populated so when the client opens the email, they see this up and to the right looping.gif.

We'd get a lot of use out of.gif embedding as well. We're implementing a tech-touch campaign for new customers that includes links to 20 second or less video tutorials on how to access certain features customers frequently miss in their first couple of weeks of adoption. Our thinking is that having it embedded in the email grants a higher likelihood of our longtail gaining access to this crucial information.
