Can we have a constant feed or hourly updates from Segment?

We use Segment to get our website usage data into Gainsight.  Currently, it's set to run and grab data from the previous day - only 1x a day.  The problem is we need either:

1. to be able to update this manually OR
2.  bump up the data push to hourly OR
3.  get a constant feed

Would this help anyone else?

      Jessica - Currently data feed is near real time (constant feed) but data aggregation takes place per day. Can you please share some of the use cases for this requirement?
