Ability to CCed CSMs from Outreaches or Programs.

There is an ability send a copy, someting like BCC, but not CCed at the moment.

Use case: CSMs to be able to fillow up on Outreaches and pick up the conversation.

When you configure the mailing in the program, when mapping the template and its tokens, there is a button on the right hand side that allows you to include up to 3 recipients on copy.

Yeah Diane, but it's a "copy" only.

We do most of our CSM-accounts JO mailing with the CSM name as the sender to improve open rates. I guess you are sending those on behalf of a corporate identity instead.
